Instead <br />of having members that are directly appointed from other boards, the OUTBoard will not have seats that go into that At <br />Large members with expertise in the following areas; bicycle transportation, pedestrian access and safety and public <br />transit. They will include someone who has an interest in the environment and air quality, economic development and <br />planning. The attorney will change the policies and procedures to reflect their comments. The BOCC will review it <br />again and vote on this. <br />Paul Guthrie: Did they discuss the issue of private transportation? <br />Tina Love: The regularly scheduled meeting for the BOCC will be November 6. <br />There was a lengthy discussion about the appointments and the number of seats available. The vacancies are <br />Pedestrian, Bingham, and Cedar Grove, Cheeks, Hillsborough Township and an EDC representative. <br />Paul Guthrie: I think communication should go to someone in authority saying that understanding there is a busy <br />schedule, this committee can't sit stagnate with the membership it has. <br />
