Animal Services Advisory Board (ASAB) <br />Approved Minutes for January 18, 2006, Meeting <br />Present ASAB Members: Ross Oglesbee, Tracy Carroll, Bonnie Norwood, Daniel <br />Textoris, Lisa Smith, James Kramer, Dr. Kristine Bergstrand, Jean H. ConneratLevine <br />and Pat Sanford. <br />Absent ASAB Members: Jean Taylor, Moses Carey, Jr., Dr. Robert Schopler <br />Others in Attendance: Bob Marotto, Animal Services Director; Joe Pulcinella, Animal <br />Shelter Director; Sarah Fallin, Animal Services Program Coordinator; and Paula <br />Ragan, Animal Services Administrative Assistant. <br />Welcome and Opening CommentsTracy Carroll, ASAB Chair. <br />Motion was made by Ross Oglesbee and seconded by Pat Sanford to approve the <br />Proposed Agenda for January 18, 2006, ASAB meeting. VOTE: Unanimous <br />Motion was made by Bonnie Norwood and seconded by Lisa Smith to approve the <br />minutes from the November 16, 2005, ASAB meeting with the correction of a misspelled <br />name. VOTE: Unanimous <br />Unfinished Business <br />Adoption Appeals Committee: Ross Oglesbee provided an overview of the change <br />process that resulted in the policy and procedure document electronically circulated to <br />ASAB members. Given that ASAB members requested no further changes it was moved <br />by Ross Oglesbee and seconded by Daniel Textoris that the document be accepted upon <br />review by the County Attorney. VOTE: Unanimous <br />Dangerous Dog Appeal Hearing Update: Bob Marotto and Pat Stanford summarized the <br />outcome and content of a hearing held since the ASAB last met in November. <br />Page 1 <br />New Business
