~~ <br />Utilities Demand Reduction Systems and Equipment <br />Capital Project Qrdinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Beard of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />132 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted.. <br />Section 1. 'The project authorized provides funds to upfit appropriate County facilities with <br />utilities reduction demand fixtures and apparatuses -examples include low flush <br />toilets, waterless urinals and programmable thermostats. Proceeds from the <br />County's share of pay-as-you~~go capital funds finance this project. <br />Section 2.
