~a <br />Millhouse Road Park <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the <br />13,2 of Chapter 159 <br />hereby adopted. <br />Orange County Board of County (commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to provide for necessary upgrades and <br />renovations to the Julia Blackwood house in order for the Environment and <br />Resource Conservation Department to move their office location from the Planning <br />and Agriculture Building to the farmstead.
