~~ <br />Masonry Repairs <br />Capital Project Qrdinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Qoard of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for repairs and replacements of <br />stonework and bricl<s (incltading retaining walls) for County facilities. <br />Specific buildings would be addressed each year depending on the <br />amount of funding available. Proceeds from the County's share of pay- <br />as-you-go capital funds finance the project. <br />Section 2.
