ao <br />Emergency Communications <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 <br />hereby adopted. <br />Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to equip public safety agencies in the County <br />with equipment necessary to transition to the County's new 800 MNz <br />communication system.
