1~ <br />Assessments and Testing <br />Gapital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds far professional studies, as needed or <br />required, to assess various infrastructure or mechanical systems at County <br />facilities. Examples would include air quality sampling, roofing or HVAC studies. <br />Proceeds from the County's share of pay-as-you-go capital funds finance the <br />project. <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.The fallowing revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2005.06 ~ <br />FY 2006.07 Through FY <br />2006-0'7 <br />Sales Tax and Dedicated <br />Property Tax <br />$25,000 <br />$1D,000 <br />$35,000 <br />Bond Funds $D $0 <br />mm $0 <br />2004 Two-Thirds Net Debt $0 $0 $0 <br />Grant Funds $0 $0 $D <br />Dedicated Property Tax $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Funding $25,000 $10,000 $35,OOD <br />Section 4.The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2005-06 <br />FY 2006-07 Through FY <br />2006.07 <br />Land/Building $0 $D $0 <br />Design $0 $0 $0 <br />Construction $0 $0 $D <br />_ <br />Other $25,000 $10,OD0 $35,OD0 <br />Total Budget $25,000 $10,000 $35,000 <br />Section 5.
