3 <br /> <br />Jerry Passmore announced that the list of new equipment needed for the Senior Care <br />adult day health care center space at the Sportsplex is being developed for submission to <br />UNC Hospitals in late January. He informed the Board that the Program Director <br />position at the adult day center is vacant. Jan Wassel offers to post the job description on <br />the UNC-G website. <br /> <br />The next agenda item was review of the MAP Work Plan Priorities and Implementation <br />document for purposes of identifying additional organizations to be included in the <br />objective work groups. Ms. Wassel urged that private sector representation be included <br />in all possible groups. The Board examined each objective subcategory and identified <br />additional work group representatives for most of them. <br /> <br />Joan Pellettier reviewed the composition of the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Council <br />and the Senior Tar Heel Legislature and their meeting schedules. She stated that Orange <br />County has two vacancies: one at-large representative to the AAA and one STHL <br />alternate.
