State University in 1985. <br />Other Comments: <br />OTHER COMMENTS: Even though I don't have formal legal training, I am aware of and <br />have a good understanding of the legal aspects of BOA activities. During my previous <br />work with the board, I always tried to act in a logical, balanced, and consistent manner in <br />order to be fair to applicants and citizens, but also to minimize potential for legal <br />challenges that wotald consume County resources and expose the County to <br />unnecessary liabilities.
