The preferred method of <br />connection is to lines that already exist, or in a manner that would minimize the need to <br />extend existing lines. <br />Other Options for Future Park <br />• If extension of lines is not desired, staff can continue with research of innovative onsite <br />private water and sewer systems and match intensity of future operations accordingly. <br />• Inherent conflicts with large expanses of park development (flat, well- drained soils) and <br />those needed for septic nitrification fields. <br />Parks an Essential Public Facility? <br />1. The five signatory parties to the WASMPBA agree that the Millhouse Road Park facility <br />is an essential public facility. <br />
