Based on our understanding of your needs, we propose to <br />conduct the property condition assessment in general accordance with those tasks established by ASTM <br />International in E 2018, Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property <br />Condition Assessment Process. <br />Scope of Work <br />Items to be included in the assessment are as follows: <br />a Civil /Site/Pavement /Drainage <br />Observations will be made of the site to include features, paved areas, site access and traffic flow, site <br />drainage characteristics, sidewalks and curbs, screen walls and fences, landscaping and planters, and <br />site lighting, for general condition and the need for remedial action.
