The basis of the construction documents is the attached floor plan dated 08/02/17. The <br /> upfit area includes the Orange County-District 15B Public Defender's Office and <br /> renovations to an existing section of the County Attorney's office to accommodate the <br /> Human Rights and Relations Department. The County Attorney,the HR&R and the <br /> P.D.will share a conference Ideposition room(original fire proof storage area). <br /> 2. Also,a storage area will be divided into three with chain link fencing and gates since <br /> separation of stored materials are necessary. <br /> 3. A modular wall panel system(same as the one used in county attorney's office)will be <br /> used for this upfit. <br /> 4. Existing light fixtures are to remain and be relocated to fit the new layout. <br /> 5. Existing air supply and return grilles are to remain and be relocated to fit the new <br /> layout. <br /> 6. No new mechanical units are included in this project.No fire sprinklers are included in <br /> the project. <br /> Based on the scope of work we have outlined above,we respectfully request a professional <br /> services fee of$15,000(Fifteen Thousand Dollars).
