Asset Management Services <br />PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Efland Real Property, LLC Properties <br />Boundary /Physical Surveys <br />Efland, NC <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research, field measurements, <br />computations and drafting necessary to perform a Boundary Survey with mapping for the <br />location of property lines and easements as found in the public record, all observable <br />structures and improvements and any encroachments crossing property lines for four tracts <br />comprising 5.7+ acres. The survey shall conform in all respects with 21 NCAC 56(NC <br />Standards of Practice) and G.S. 47- 30(Plat mapping for recordation standards). <br />Fixed Fee: $4,600.00 <br />Special Provisions- 1) We are prepared to begin work immediately upon receipt of <br />executed separate County Contract. Please allow up to 2 <br />weeks thereafter for completion and delivery of the survey. <br />The Terms and Conditions following this form are a part of this Agreement.
