<br />Mr. Pascarosa founded Headwater Environmental, Inc., in August
<br />2014. He has 12 years of experience in the environmental field. His
<br />experience includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs),
<br />Coastal Surveying, Wetland Delineation and Permitting, NEPA.
<br />document preparation, Cultural Resource Studies, and hazardous
<br />waste recovery efforts.

<br />site specific wetland and stream studies and coordinating with
<br />regulatory agencies. He has experience in delineating varieties of
<br />wetland ecosystems and has experience with FederaUState
<br />permitting requirements.
<br />PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS
<br />Since 2005, Mr. Pascarosa has performed over 275 'Phase I ESAs
<br />throughout the United States, Project types range from residential
<br />developments, commercial properties, industrial facilities, solar sites,
<br />and publicly owned lands,
<br />COASTAL AREA CONSULTING
<br />Mr. Pascarosa has experience managing projects from the site
<br />acquisition stage, through the coastal permitting process. His range
<br />of expertise includes marina development, maintenance dredging,
<br />wetland restoration, beach nourishment, and coastal development -
