The solid waste piles are substantial and include asphalt, timber, gravel, <br />concrete /construction rubble, 12 -inch corrugated plastic piping, cardboard, <br />aluminum cans, plastic bottles, and other assorted trash, The miscellaneous <br />solid waste falls within the limits of the proposed project area. Proper removal of <br />the miscellaneous solid waste represents a 13PR of the site. <br />F <br />
