These compeamble scalar farms clearly support a compatibility with
adjoining residential us along with agricultural uses.
SRecific FactO rs on Halrmogy of Use
1 have completed a number of Impact Studies related to a variety of uses and I have found that the most
common areas for impact on adjoining values typically fallow the following hierarchy with descending lever
of potential impact. I will discuss each of these categories and how they relate to .a solar farm.
1. Hazardous material
2. Odor
3. Noise
4. Traf
6. Stigma.
6.. Any fertilizer,
weed control, vehicular traffic, or construction will be significantly less than typically ,applied in a residential
development or even most agricultural uses.
The various solar farms that I have inspected and identified in the addenda have no known pending
environmental imWts associated with the development and operation.
2. Odor
The various solar farms that 1 have inspected produced no noticeable odor.
