Lots in this development have been rnarketed for $15,000 each with dieoounts offered for multiple <br />lots being used for a single home site. 1 spoke with the argent with Rhonda 'wheeler and Becky <br />Heamsberger with United County Farm & borne fealty who noted that they have seers no impact on tot or <br />home sales due to the solar farm in this community. <br />I have included a map below as well as data on recent sales activity on lots that adjoin the solar farm or are <br />clear the solar farm in this subdivision both before and after the announced plait for this solar farm facility. <br />I note that using the same method l used to breakdown the adjoining uses at the subject property I show <br />that the predominant adjoining. uses we residential and agricultural, which is consistent % th the location <br />of most solar farms. <br />
