Presuming the area of shined <br />soil is outside the project area, further assessment may not be warranted. <br />Piles of miscellaneous solid waste were observed on the southeast portion of (tie <br />site. The solid waste piles are substarntial and include asphalt, timber, gravel, <br />concretekon truction rubble, 12 -inch corrugated plastic piping. cardboard, <br />aluminium cars, plastic bottles, and other asserted trash. The miscellaneous <br />solid waste falls within the limits of the proposed project area. Proper removal of <br />the miscellaneous solid waste represents a BER of the site. <br />18 <br />
