HEnv makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of the database report <br />information included within the regulatory report(s). <br />Distances recommended by ASTM Practice E1527 -13 were maintained for the <br />databases reviewed. <br />Federal National Priority List (NPL) <br />The NPL is the list of national priorities among ther known releases or threatened <br />releases of hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants throughout the United <br />States and its territories. <br />The site is not listed on the NPL. There are no properties on the NPL within one mile of <br />the site, <br />Federal Delisted NPL <br />The National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCCP) <br />establishes the criteria that the EPA uses to delete sites from the NPL. In accordance <br />with 40 CFR 300.425.(e), sites may be deleted from the NPL where no further response <br />is appropriate. <br />The site is not Included on the Delisted NPL. There are no properties on the Delisted <br />NPL within 0.5 mile of the site. <br />Federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability <br />Information System (CERCLIS) <br />CERCLIS contains data on potentially hazardous waste sites that have been reported to <br />the EPA by states. municipalities, private companies and private persons, pursuant to <br />Section 103 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and <br />Liability Act ( CERCLA). CERCLIS contains sites which are either proposed to or on the <br />NPL and sites which are In the screening and assessment phase for passible inclusion <br />on the NPL. This review includes properties on the CERCLIS No Further Action <br />Planned (NFRAP) database. The CERCLIS NFR,AP include sites that, to the best of <br />EPA's knowledge, assessment at a site has been completed and that EPA has <br />determined no further steps will be taken to list this site on the National Priorities List <br />(NPL), unless information indicates this decision was not appropriate or other <br />oonsiderations require a recommendation for listing at a later time- <br />The slue is not listed on the CERCLIS databases. There are no properties on the <br />CERCLIS database within 0.5 toile of the site. <br />Federal resource Conservation and Recovery (RCRA) Lists: <br />RCRA Corrective Action Report (CORRACTS) <br />CORRACTS identifies hazardous waste handlers with RCRA corrective action <br />activity- <br />RCRA Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) <br />EPA's comprehensive information system, provid`rri.g access to data supporting the <br />RCRA of 1976 and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) of 1984. <br />The database includes selective information on sites which generate, transport, <br />stare. treat and/or dispose of hazardous waste as defined by the RCRA, <br />
