RECORDS REVIEW <br />The purpose of the records review Is to obtain and review records that will help Identify <br />I ECs in connection with the subject site. The ASTM standard regulatory databases and <br />additional databases was conducted by EDR. EDR searched databases maintained by <br />the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the NGD EQ. The EDR database <br />results are included in Appendix C. <br />If deemed necessary, HEnv will utilize the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), in order to <br />review additional information on file NCDEQ, ERA, or local municipality. <br />VIA. Standard Database Review <br />The regulatory records search Involves searching a series of databases for facilities that <br />are located within a specified distance from the subject site. The ASTM standard <br />specifies an approximate rnlnimum search distance from the subject site for each <br />database.
