The property Is locates! on US Highway 7011ear the Intersection of buckhorn <br />Road. Thee property Is iwrrently zoned Rur81 Residential (H). The majorlty of the properties adjacent <br />the site are also Htiral Residential (R1.), The easement with site access Is Tamed f:C5 (Existing <br />Commercla1) wlth one adjoIn.Ing parcel zoned NC2 (Nelghborhood Commercla1). <br />The solar array proposed meets the needs of the present generation without compromising the abllfty <br />of future generations In meeting their needs as required In the Grange County Cc rn p rehen s Iva Flan. This StatemPnt addresses both general and specific stariclards as requlred by <br />Grange County Lirdlnance. <br />A. The electric components will have an Underwriters Laboratories listing and <br />the SolarArray wlll comply with the edition of the National Electrical Code adopted at the time of <br />constrocOn. The Solar Array will he surrounded by a wire mesh fence with three strand barbed wire an <br />top.
