204 The application, submitted by ESA Renewables, Oakwood Solar Farm LLC, and the property owners, proposes the development of a commercial solar facility operated and managed by the Oakwood Solar Farm, LLC (an ESA partnership established for the project). This facility proposes to convert sunlight into electricity via ground-mount ed Photovoltaic cell solar panels, which will be sold to a power company for the purpose of -contributing to the power service grid for the surrounding area.
