204 <br />The application, submitted by ESA Renewables, Oakwood Solar Farm LLC, and <br />the property owners, proposes the development of a commercial solar facility operated <br />and managed by the Oakwood Solar Farm, LLC (an ESA partnership established for the <br />project).
