P <br />News of Orange. In addition, the pages from The Herald Sun will be provided as an insert in the <br />Orange County circulation of Triangle Today and the News and Observer. These inserts will <br />take the place of the advertisement that has been put into the Chapel Hill News in prior years <br />since the Chapel Hill News is no longer an active newspaper. The estimated cost for <br />advertisement is the same as it was for the last year. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There will be no net financial impact to the County. <br />SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated <br />with this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board accept the report and <br />approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Order setting the lien sale advertisement date for <br />March 21, 2018. <br />
