The proposed dedication is
as follows:
a) a 200-foot-wide strip located parallel to a 770-foot section of Phil's Creek
that helps to form the southeastern property boundary, and
b) a 200-foot-wide strip located parallel to a 150-foot section of Phil's Creek
that helps to form the southwestern property boundary,
As indicated in the Rich Shaw April 20, 2006 memo the construction of a public walking
trail is not likely to occur until additional lands along Phil's Creek are dedicated for
recreation and open space purposes, Until this happens it is apparent that the
proposed 200-foot wide strip located parallel to the 770-foot section as identified in "a"
above will need access. This access can be obtained by providing a 20 foot dedicated
public access easement from the proposed new public road (Westhampton Way) to the
200-foot wide dedicated section along Phil's Creek,
This recommendation is being brought forward as item E.3 in the attached Resolution of
Approval.
H:IMSECHRISTWGENDAWBSTRACTS06\08-22-06\Planning- WeslhamptomERCD-Memodoc
