It is estimated to be 4,000 square foot homes <br />costing X600-700,000. <br />Robert Davis: 3.3% of total land needs to be owned by the Homeowners' Association. <br />Craig Benedict: You need 3.3% open space outside the minimum lot size. I recommend these <br />concerns be tabled until the preliminary plan. <br />Renee Price-Saunders: Will the open space connect to Jones Ferry Road?
