I want to hear directly from the caregivers and residents about their how we <br />could better meet their needs. This is one of the fastest growing industries in America and it s <br />important we listen carefully to those providing and receiving the local LTC services. We need <br />to be vigilant in protecting the interest of Orange county LTC residents so all may receive the <br />highest quality of care. <br />Conflict of Interest: <br />Advisory Board on Aging <br />Background, education and experience relevant to this board: <br />Many people in the LTC community are concerned about running out of money, increasing <br />healthcare costs, and whether they are making the right decisions as it relates to their health and <br />money. My business provides peace of mind to people concerned about reaching their financial <br />goals. Most of our clients are in Long Term Care Facilities and I regularly hear about their <br />concerns. I have extensive training as it relates to working with people in their 60 s - 90 s. This <br />includes concerns about their LTC options, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, etc. <br />ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER(r) <br />Certified Trust & Financial Advisor <br />Masters In Trust & Wealth Management, Campbell University <br />Financial Planning Certificate, Wake Forest University (2018) <br />Alzheimer Foundation of America roadshow training <br />Dementia Friendly Orange County training (10/20/2017) <br />Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br />I want to have a better understanding of the strengths and challenges faced in local Long Term <br />Care community.
