DocuSign Envelope ID: 016A450E- 8FDD- 426F- 8A39- DOOA9115F413 <br />Orange County will provide for Engineer's use CAD -based mapping from GIS or other <br />sources showing the following information for the parcel and extending at least 500 feet <br />all around the parcel: <br />• Property boundaries <br />• Planimetric and terrain data including buildings, roadways, streams, stream <br />buffers, water features, floodplain, pavement limits, etc. <br />• Topography with 2' vertical intervals <br />• Base zoning and any zoning overlay districts <br />• Town of Hillsborough ETJ or limit of Utility Service Area <br />• Locations of existing public water and sewer lines <br />• Aerial imagery <br />Compensation: <br />Client shall compensate Engineer for project work performed on an hourly basis, at the <br />hourly rates listed below. This agreement authorizes up to $7,500.00 for the general <br />scope of work described. <br />Tony M.
