RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board authorize the Purchasing <br />Director to develop and execute a contract with Reece Noland & McElrath, Inc. in the amount of <br />$8,000, subject to final review by the County Attorney, that would produce identification and <br />development of appropriate energy-efficient HVAC replacement system options for the Orange <br />County Jail, and for identification of appropriate HVAC system modifications to rectify humidity <br />problems on the basement level of the Court Street Annex building. <br />
