.lul 26 2006 9: 30RM HP LRSER.lET 3330 <br />4 <br />Gwen Harvey July 26, 2006 <br />Assistant County Manager <br />Orange County, NC <br />A/V EOTAPMENT PROPOSAL FOR <br />SOUTFIERN HUMAN SERVICES <br />REVISION III <br />Hello Gwen, <br />The list enclosed with this latest revision encompasses all that you had last indicated to <br />include, <br />I checked into the LCD monitors in a larger sine and they were way too expensive, The <br />plasmas that I orig'mally proposed are your best deal in the 42" size. <br />The package includes all the support equipment to display the devices at the podium. <br />In its cuaent co~guration, this will be switched from the control room and displayed on <br />the monitors in the room and screen. At present it does not include a dual switching <br />system to be switohed at the podium, However, we may be able to utilize the B inpuis on <br />the plasmas that cautd be used for such a dual purpose. <br />1 realize this is quite confusing and a lot to keep up with, so if you need further <br />clarification we can discuss over the phone perhaps. The other items that are listed are <br />related to distribution and monitoring. If you have any question about any such line item <br />please let me Imow.
