Organizational Development <br />II. Membership <br />III. Communications <br />IV. Partnerships and Network Development <br />V. Workgroups <br />Organizational Development <br />• ✓ Secure funding for a coordinator position, workgroup initiatives, and outreach events <br />• ✓ Meet with County and Municipal administrators to prepare for the transition of the <br />coordinator role into a County employee position <br />• ✓ Develop bylaws <br />• ✓ Develop council action plan <br />• ✓ Take a regional leadership role among Triangle area food councils <br />II. Membership <br />• ✓ Promote membership application and encourage a diverse group of applicants <br />• ✓ Fill 3 open council seats <br />III.
