21 <br /> <br />Chair Dorosin said it sounds like there has been about $31 million in savings from the <br />two-car change and university place, and the changes discussed this evening total $14.5 <br />million. He said this is a net savings of about $15 million. <br />Matthew Clark said as this moves through the engineering phase, details will be ironed <br />out, with all costs and saving being carefully tracked. Fiscal Year 2017-18 Budget Amendment #4 <br />The Board approved budget and grant project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2017-18. <br />d. Resolution of Approval – Conservation Easement for High Rock Road Farmland; and <br />Approval of Budget Amendment #4-A <br />The Board approved a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to approve the purchase <br />of and acceptance by Orange County of an agricultural conservation easement for High Rock <br />Road farmland, and approve Budget Amendment #4-A and authorized the Chair to sign. <br />e. Right of Way Encroachment Agreement for Non-Utility Encroachments on Primary <br />and Secondary Highways <br />The Board approved a Right of Way Encroachment Agreement for Non-Utility Encroachments <br />on Primary and Secondary Highways authorizing the applicant to enter into an agreement with <br />North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and authorized the Chair to sign. <br />f.
