8 <br />Orange Unified Transportation Board Rules of Procedure <br />4. The order of business for special meetings shall be as set out in the meeting <br />call. <br />5, All meetings of the Orange Unified Transportation Board shall be open tc the <br />general public. <br />6, Far procedures not covered by these rules, the Orange Unified Transportation <br />Board shall follow the rules contained in the most recent edition of Roberts <br />Rules of Order, Revised. <br />G. Cancellation of Meetings <br />Whenever there is no business for the Orange Unified Transportation Board, the <br />Chair may dispense with a regular meeting by giving notice to all members not <br />less than twenty-four hours prior to the time set for the meeting, <br />ARTICLE VI -AMENDMENTS <br />These Rules of Procedure may, within the limits allowed by law, be amended at any <br />time by an affirmative vote of at least a majority of the full membership of the Orange <br />Unified Transportation Board provided that such amendment shall have first been <br />presented to the membership in writing at a regular or special meeting preceding the <br />regular meeting at which the vote is taken, and provided further, that any amendment <br />shall be reviewed by the BOCC. <br />Enacted by the Orange Unified Transportation Board: June 21, 2006 <br />Approved by the Board of Orange County Commissioners: <br />
