Flashing to be sealed to top of foundation. <br />Supply and install new concrete slab approximately 13'long x 2'wide x <br />approximately 3"deep with welded wire mesh reinforcing. Top of slab to <br />be 3" above top of foundation wall, slope uniformly away from house to <br />top of existing soil grade 2' away from house, and be not les than 3" thick <br />at any point. <br />Supply and install new lx band board approximately 13 Lf. of treated <br />material extending from bottom of existing siding board to within 1 %z" of <br />top ofnew concrete slab. <br />
