Replace approximately two missing brick on top of existing brick column <br />at center of front foundation wall. Supply and install new mortar between <br />top of top bricks and existing silk <br />4. Replace approximately two missing brick on top of existing brick column <br />at right end of existing center girder. Supply and install new mortar <br />between top of top bricks and existing sill. <br />5, At left end of existing center girder, supply and install new mortar <br />between top of top bricks and existing sill and end of girder. <br />6. Re-secure existing ,joist located behind center girder to restore to proper <br />working order. Secure with blocking, metal brackets and screws to <br />existing framing members. <br />7. Supply azrd install new mortar to re-install approximately six (6) existing <br />brick in right side foundation wall where I-IVAC equipment penetrates <br />wall. New material to match existing as close as practical. <br />
