All other conditions and descriptions remain the <br />same. Please be reminded that bids will be opened and read aloud on .Tune 13, 2006 at <br />3:OOP.M. in the Housing and Community Development Department office at .300 W. <br />Tryon Street, Hillsborough, N.C. 27278, The changes are as follows: <br />A. EXTERIOR DOORS <br />1. Add to the existing description to include the following: <br />Includes remove and re-install existing front storm door and <br />restore to proper working order.. <br />B. INTERIOR WALLS <br />Add to the existing description to include the following: <br />Includes remove existing shoe mold on existing baseboard.. <br />Includes supply and install new shoe mold on new baseboard. <br />Includes supply and install new sheetrock, baseboard, shoe mold <br />and crown mold on duct-chase.
