Retrofit interior window casings, interior door casings, and <br />exposed framing to accommodate installation of new %z" sheetrock overlay on <br />existing walls and installation of new interior window and interior door trim. <br />Includes repair stove pipe hole and thermostat wire hole in left side wall. <br />Supply and install new %z" sheetrock overlay on all walls, including tape, top <br />and texture, complete. Supply and install new crown mold over existing <br />crown mold. Supply and install new baseboard, new window trim and new <br />door trim at same locations, complete.
