Re- <br />178 <br />stripe the inside lane for left turns at the signalized intersection. <br />179 <br />iv. <br />Construct an additional lane on the Old NC 86 northbound, <br />180 <br />continuous between the new signalized Retail Dr. and the Service <br />181 <br />Road. <br />
