Construct a right turn lane with 125 <br />170 <br />feet of storage and taper on the westbound approach, a thru -right <br />171 <br />turn lane on the northbound approach with 200 feet of storage and <br />172 <br />taper, and a second southbound left turn lane with 300 feet of <br />173 <br />storage and taper. <br />174 <br />ii. <br />Install a traffic signal at the intersection of Old NC 86 new retail <br />175 <br />access/U -Turn intersection. <br />176 <br />iii. <br />Construct an additional lane on Old NC 86 southbound, continuous <br />177 <br />between the Service Road and the new Retail Dr. intersection. Re- <br />178 <br />stripe the inside lane for left turns at the signalized intersection. <br />179 <br />iv. <br />Construct an additional lane on the Old NC 86 northbound, <br />180 <br />continuous between the new signalized Retail Dr. and the Service <br />181 <br />Road. <br />
