72 <br />c. The maximum light level permitted along common property lines shall be <br />0.5 foot - candles at any adjoining residential property line and /or 1.0 foot - <br />candle at any adjoining non - residential property line as detailed in Section <br />6.11.6 (A); and <br />d. All outdoor area and parking lot lights shall be full cut -off fixtures.
