No building shall be permitted within required land use <br />buffers as required by the UDO and detailed herein. <br />g. STORMWATER AND EROSION CONTROL: All development shall <br />abide by the provisions of Section(s) 6.14 Stormwater and 6.15 <br />Erosion Control of the UDO. <br />h. A 50 -ft. undisturbed land use buffer shall be installed and /or <br />maintained along Old NC Highway 86. <br />Thinning within this land use buffer shall be permitted <br />consistent with the following: <br />1. A maximum of 50% of the required land use buffer <br />area may be thinned. <br />12 After concerns were expressed at the Planning Board meeting, the applicant requested the provision allowing for <br />irrigation wells be removed.
