In this same vein please provide a table detailing how much MTC buffer you would be <br />allowed to clear in District 1 and 2 per Section 6.6.5 (A) of the UDO. <br />7. Renderings /detail on requested signage (i.e. architectural landmark feature and entry <br />portal signs). Items to consider: <br />a. From our standpoint the architectural landmark feature would only advertise <br />'Settlers Point' as a project and not have customer signage. We envisioned this, <br />based on the narrative, to be a structure (i.e. bell tower, etc.) with letter <br />advertising the project. Please note per the narrative and previous staff comment <br />signage would have to be internally illuminated with no external light source or <br />the full cabinet face being illuminated (i.e. words /letter illuminated only). <br />8. Anticipated timeframe to complete a comprehensive tree survey. <br />9. Response (if any you wish to offer) with respect to the possible elimination of a School, <br />Elementary, Secondary, Middle as an allowable land use within the project. There was <br />consensus that the use be elirmnated. Future development /additional of new parcels <br />may allow for continued discussion on viability of use being included. <br />10.Response to suggested conditions on limiting the number of outdoor light fixtures left <br />on after normal business hours. <br />11.Response to suggested condition on limiting the hours of operation for land uses <br />developed within the project. <br />12.With respect to utilities, staff will compose a new condition incorporating applicant and <br />Planning Board comments and send in a separate e -mail for comment. <br />This information needs to be submitted by noon December 28, 2017 for initial staff <br />review /comment. Please remember packets for the Planning Board meeting need to be <br />finalized /printed by December 29, 2017 due to the New Year's day holiday. This means staff's <br />abstract detailing our review of the submitted information has to be completed by noon on <br />Friday December 29, 2017. <br />
