137 <br />c. Limit on the percentage of retail operation(s) allowed in District 2 to address Town of Hillsborough <br />concerns over potential impacts to retail development within the Town center. <br />There was some discussion on the potential to limit the hours of operations but no definitive <br />suggestion /direction was provided. <br />e. There was a lot of discussion about noise mitigation, which staff believes was directed towards <br />preservation of substantial vegetation /buffers within the project. <br />5. Other: <br />BOCC members requested the applicant update and provide additional detail on the tax assessment <br />provided in the application outlining the anticipated tax benefits of the project for the County. There <br />was a general concern there was insufficient information provided within the application supporting the <br />findings made by the applicant. <br />These items will need to be submitted to us for review /comment no later than December 4, 2017.
