<br />AGENDA ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
<br />Lydia Wegman called the meeting to order and thanked the Board and members of the public for being present. She
<br />went over how the meeting would run and advised that if members of the public wanted to speak, they should sign -in.
<br />AGENDA ITEM 2: INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
<br />a) Planning Calendar for October and November
<br />• November 1 — Planning Board Meeting
<br />• November 14 — Quarterly Public Hearing
<br />Lydia Wegman informed the Board of the several upcoming meetings: Planning Board Meeting on November 1st and
<br />the Quarterly Public Hearing on November 14th; the next Orange Unified Transportation (OUT) Board Meeting on
<br />October 18th; a Joint Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) - Town of Carrboro Meeting on the October 26th,
<br />regular BOCC meeting on October 17th and Nov. 2nd; the Assembly of Governments Meeting on November 16th and
<br />an OUTBoard meeting on November 151h. Ms. Wegman noted that Planning Board members' attendance is expected
<br />and desired at the BOCC November 14th Quarterly Public Hearing.

<br />September 6, 2017 Regular Meeting
<br />MOTION by Kim Piracci to approve the September 6, 2017 ORC Meeting Notes. Seconded by Tony Blake.
