See answer above Describe the importance of transit with regards to affordable housing and land use planning. It is my observation that transit planning has been an afterthought inland use planning and may be addressed in the affordable housing discussion and community planning. Recently, with the increase in resources for transit, it seems to be have changed to a leading rather than lagging consideration, particularly for housing that is designed for low and moderate - income people. However, it is important
