Ensure that Orange County <br />residents are able to engage government through voting and volunteering by eliminating <br />disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board consider making an <br />appointment to the Agricultural Preservation Board. <br />1
