3 <br /> <br />c. Item #3 (establish relationship with the Friends of the MST) - this is <br />underway. Staff had a previously-scheduled meeting with the <br />Executive Director of the FMST last week on this subject, and a <br />draft MOU between the County and FMST is being worked on for <br />trail building and other assistance. A date for approval of the MOU <br />would need to be determined after legal review and approval <br />schedule. <br /> <br />If I may provide further information, please let me know. <br /> <br />7
