the NC Department of Transportation and shall be installed in <br />conjunction with the proposed development project generating the <br />need for said alternative traffic alignment/improvement. 5 <br />c.d. Internal roadways within District 1 shall have right-of- <br />way/roadways extended to serve adjacent property. 6 <br />d.e. Internal roadways shall be developed in accordance with <br />Section 6.10 (A) of the UDO. <br />e.f. All streets, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, etc. shall be designated for <br />public access/use. <br />f.g.
