4.Provide a similar concept plan schematic for District 1 that was provided for <br />District 2. <br />(Response: A schematic concept plan for District 1 is included with this <br />submittal.) <br /> <br />5.A schematic of the proposed additional MTC buffer clearing (i.e. applicant’s <br />request to allow for additional clearing of the MTC buffer – reduction of <br />width from 100 ft. to 50 ft. to accommodate parking, access roads, utilities, <br />stormwater features, etc.), specifically: <br /> <br />a.Detail on anticipated location of development activity, <br />b.Re-landscaping of area (as currently proposed in narrative), <br />c.Allowable encroachments (i.e. parking lot, access roads, utilities, <br />stormwater facilities, etc.) <br /> <br />A sample of the desired schematic (i.e. minimum detail required) is <br />provided for illustrative purposes only: <br />(Response: A schematic of the proposed MTC buffer clearing is included with <br />this submittal.) <br /> <br />Please note comments from the public hearing have lead staff to believe <br />the BOCC was interested in discussing the viability of allowing for <br />‘requested activity’ within portions of the MTC buffer cleared in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 6.6.5 (A) of the UDO (i.e. the 50% MTC buffer <br />‘break’ where parking lots and stormwater features could be located) <br />versus allowing for a reduction in the width of the remaining MTC buffer, in <br />addition to allowing for clearing per the aforementioned UDO section. <br /> <br />6.In this same vein please provide a table detailing how much MTC buffer you <br />would be allowed to clear in District 1 and 2 per Section 6.6.5 (A) of the <br />UDO. <br />(Response: A table outlining the referenced data is included with this <br />submittal.) <br /> <br />7.Renderings/detail on requested signage (i.e. architectural landmark feature <br />and entry portal signs).
