9A1 Paymen[ (Lump Sum Basis) (~ <br />A. Using the procedures set forth in paragraph 2.01, Owner shall pay Engineer as follows: <br />I . A Lump Sum amount of $ $5,640.00, plus reimbursable expenses <br />B.
