It is expected that the following services will occur <br /> over a 12,month time period related only to the sheets sealed by Site Collaborative staff and concurrently with <br /> the work described in Task 3, <br /> • During bidding, answer questions and/or add needed information to Bid Addenda issued by <br /> Smith Sinnett. <br /> • Conduct shop drawing and contractor submittal reviews as needed. <br /> • Review Requests for Information or Clarification from the contractors. <br /> • Review Change Order Proposals from the contractors. <br /> • Attend regularly scheduled construction meetings. Assume a 10'month active construction <br /> schedule with up to three (3) construction meetings for SITE COLLABORATIVE. <br /> • Concurrently with above noted regularly scheduled construction meetings, SITE COLLABORATIVE <br /> will conduct site visits during active construction periods to review construction situations and <br /> provide input to ensure that the intent of the drawings is being constructed. For each site visit, a <br /> written and graphic field report of items will be produced for the contractor(s) and project <br /> owner to review, assess, and correct.
