Termination by the Owner shall comply with all other items herein. This Agreement, unless <br /> previously terminated by written notice, shall be terminated by the final payment for the finished work. <br /> If Agreement is terminated, Client agrees to pay the Architect for all Services rendered and <br /> Reimbursable Expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
